A 96-year-old woman who hadn’t flown in 15 years was scared to fly to Kansas City to see her family. She held a stranger’s hand during takeoff and hugged him again during turbulence on the flight from San Diego to Nashville.

The man kindly held the 96-year-old woman’s hand, comforted her by explaining the flight process and stayed with her throughout the journey. He even assisted her when she needed to use the restroom and watched her carefully as she walked down the aisle.

Throughout the flight, the man was a source of comfort to the elderly woman, and his kindness brought a smile to everyone’s face. He acted as her guardian angel, assisting her with her luggage, helping her off the plane and into a wheelchair. He also stayed with her until she was reunited with her daughter who had become separated from her.
