Each moment a parent shares with their child, from infancy to adulthood, is priceless. These experiences forge an unbreakable bond while also nurturing emotional security and trust as the child matures. When both mom and dad actively participate, parenting becomes an even more enjoyable journey.

A new mother recently shared how the power of “teamwork” is aiding her through postpartum challenges. She expresses her admiration for her husband in a TikTok video, where he is seen nurturing their newborn baby, Zoe, in a unique way that mimics breastfeeding. Read on to discover the innovative approach this father uses to care for their child!

After seven years of marriage, Dr. Zion Lamm and her husband, Dr. Kevin Lamm, a gastrologist, joyfully welcomed their newborn baby, Zoe, into the world on May 6, 2023.

Zion, who is also a skincare social media influencer with a following of nearly 718,000, has been openly sharing her postpartum and C-section recovery experiences with her dedicated followers.

Fortunately, she’s not navigating this journey alone, as her loving husband is right there by her side. On August 10, the new mother shared an endearing video capturing her husband seated on the bed, tenderly cradling their precious daughter.

The heartwarming video nearly went viral, capturing the attention of the internet.

Zion aptly titled the touching clip “teamwork babyyyy,” and it was set to the popular TikTok audio track “Thank you to my man.” It garnered an impressive 2.3 million likes, with fans from all corners of the world chiming in to express their admiration for the father and his adorable infant.

One user commented, “This is so attractive. You got a good one girl!!! Such a good daddy.” Another shared, “Beautiful, keep building those bonds.”

A third user couldn’t help but exclaim, “Wow…that is too cute.”

While the sight of the handsome dad bonding with his baby is heartwarming in itself, what truly piqued the interest of online users was the green contraption draped over his shoulder, which he used to feed their baby.

With both arms supporting baby Zoe’s head, the dedicated father was completely focused on his child, who gazed up at him while sipping from a bottle securely cradled in the breastfeeding device.

Some users were curious about the innovative device Kevin was using, known as the Beebo, a hands-free baby bottle holder.

“My husband joked about jerry rigging bottles to do this to our babies and when I showed him this he made me buy one for kids we don’t have yet,” writes one while another says, “who invented this cause that is genius!!!”

However, not everyone focused on the sweetness of the moment; some netizens couldn’t help but comment on the father’s choice of clothing. One user expressed their displeasure, saying, “Why is he wearing scrubs on the bed?” Another chimed in, “I have this weird thing about outside clothes being in my bed. Can’t imagine being in bed with scrubs lol.”

Nevertheless, others stepped in to defend the loving father. “People focusing on the scrubs but I see a dad bonding with his child,” one supporter remarked. Another reminded the online community that he is a doctor and wouldn’t jeopardize his child’s health:  “This could be his clean scrubs prior to work. He’s a doc and fully aware, I’m sure. He’s helping and bonding. That’s an A to me.”

The bond between a father and his daughter is a precious thing, and it’s heartening to see Kevin Lamm initiating this connection so early. Dads often don’t receive the recognition they deserve, and we’re grateful that Zion shared this clip so we can all witness what an amazing dad he is!

We’d love to hear your thoughts on this story, so please share your opinions, and don’t forget to pass it along so we can hear what others have to say about this devoted dad!
