Mother celebrates the arrival of third daughter, born on same day exactly 6 years apart

A Louisiana mother is celebrating the arrival of her third daughter, who was born on the same day as her two older sisters, exactly 6 years apart.

Jasmine Clark gave birth to Ja’Laijah Snowten on Thursday at a woman’s hospital in Baton Rouge.

Clark’s other two daughters, Khamyria and Jaliyah, were also born on July 20, in 2011 and 2017, respectively.

Clark said she didn’t plan for her daughters to be born on the same day, but she’s grateful for the special coincidence.

“We love the blessing of our newest little girl, and the fact that I can always throw one big party for all of my girls,” Clark said. “It’s truly a blessing and something that is definitely unique.”

Clark also has a 9-year-old son whose name is Jamon.

Clark said she’s excited to raise her three daughters together.

“I’m just ready to start this new chapter in my life,” she said.

The mother of four acknowledges that circumstances can occasionally be difficult, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.

“It’s very expensive and hard at times but I make it happen. I’m not exactly sure how I did this three times, but I love every single moment with these girls,” she said.
