Kerry’s post was filled with red heart and prayer hand emojis as she referenced her two roles alongside Jamie Foxx.
The Emmy-winning star and Foxx first portrayed husband and wife in the 2004 Ray Charles biopic, Ray, and later reunited in 2012 when Kerry played the role of Jamie’s enslaved wife, Broomhilda, in Quentin Tarantino’s epic Western, Django Unchained.

Oscar winner Viola Davis, 57, posted a heartfelt message of support on Instagram, captioning a picture of them together and writing: ‘Get well @iamjamiefoxx. The outpouring of love for Foxx comes after his family released a statement describing his health incident as a ‘medical complication.’ However, a source revealed to TMZ that it was a more serious ‘medical emergency,’ although Foxx was now ‘communicating’ again.
