It is said that some moments are worth waiting for. Almost 30 years ago, a young woman made the decision to give her infant daughter up for adoption so that she could have a better life. Despite having four other children, the woman never stopped thinking about the daughter she placed for adoption.

She hoped that her daughter would find the perfect family who could provide everything she couldn’t. Speaking on TikTok, she shared that she worried about whether her daughter was happy and felt loved. However, she did not feel guilty about her decision because she knew that her daughter would have a better life than what she could provide at that time.
Although the adoption was closed, the mother always hoped that her daughter would someday find her. And 29 years later, her wish came true when Jamee’s mother reached out to her on Facebook.

They arranged a meeting, and Allie Seabock, Jamee’s half-sister, shared the video of their first meeting on TikTok. In the video, Jamee and her family give hugs to all of her new half-siblings, and she shares her first embrace with her birth mother, causing tears to flow.

Jamee’s mother revealed that just knowing her daughter is healthy, happy, and has a family of her own has taken a weight off her shoulders. Although Jamee’s mother never told her or her siblings about her, they were all excited to meet her.

Jamee’s birth mother prayed daily that her daughter would find her, and now they keep in touch even after five years.
