A compassionate paramedic from Pennsylvania extended a helping hand to a young man on Friday, ensuring he was ready for his high school prom by teaching him how to tie his tie.
Mary Terrinoni shared a touching photograph on her Facebook page, capturing the heartfelt moment when her paramedic partner, Jared Bryer, assisted the high-schooler in completing his prom preparations by expertly tying his tie.
Terrinoni, an ambulance worker in Pennsylvania, recounted the heartwarming encounter to Fox 5. She explained that they were both present when a young man approached their ambulance seeking assistance.
Describing the situation, Terrinoni wrote in her Facebook post, “He was getting ready for his high school prom and didn’t know how to tie his tie. My heart was pretty full watching my partner step in to help him out.”
Identified as Lavar, the young man resides near the firehouse where Bryer and Terrinoni were stationed. Additionally, he attends school with Bryer’s younger sister, forging a connection between them.
