Former Child Cancer Patient Lands Dream Job at Hospital That Helped Save Her Life

At 24 years old, Montana Brown, who overcame cancer twice, has fulfilled her biggest dream by becoming a nurse at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the same hospital that treated her during her battles with the disease.

After her first day in her new role, Brown expressed her gratitude on Facebook, sharing her excitement and the emotional significance of wearing the hospital’s logo on her badge.

“I’m so overwhelmed with this amazing life that God has chosen to give me. Never in a million years did I think that at the age of 24 I would have achieved my biggest and wildest dream,” she wrote.

The hospital also celebrated her achievement on their Facebook page, highlighting that becoming a paediatric nurse had always been Brown’s dream job. Her appointment coincided with Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, adding to the significance of her journey.
