Canine vanishes and unintentionally infiltrates Metallica concert

Metallica has been setting records with their recent tour, and it appears that everyone attended their latest concert in LA.

Indeed, metal enthusiasts were joined by prominent A-Listers, including John Travolta, Tommy Lee, and Jason Momoa, with Momoa even joining fans in the mosh pit.

However, there was a four-legged attendee who managed to attend the show, despite not having a ticket.

Indeed, an adorable pup named Storm somehow managed to slip into the sold-out concert at LA’s SoFi Stadium on August 25th.

It remains a mystery how she managed to bypass security, but she was seen sitting among the audience during the raucous heavy metal performance.

Despite her good behavior, authorities grew concerned about her well-being when Storm didn’t depart with the rest of the concertgoers.

Evidently, she wasn’t in search of an autograph, prompting the Animal Health & Wellness Organization to provide shelter for her that night.

Concerned that the dog might have been abandoned during the concert, the organization posted a message on Facebook. Soon after, the owner, Arizbeth Hurtado, stepped forward to retrieve her furry companion.

As it turned out, this music-loving mutt resides near the stadium and opted for the sold-out show over staying at home with her family.

In a post tagging the stadium and the rescue group, her owner expressed gratitude for reuniting her with her beloved pup and wrote, “Our baby is home and safe!!! Thank you guys.”

In an interview with PetHelpful, Hurtado later quipped about the newfound knowledge they had about Storm. She said, “She is home and safe! We learned something new about her… she is apparently a huge Metallica fan who decided to sneak out for the concert!”

However, Storm’s brief moment of fame was far from over, as even Metallica shared her story on social media.

In a post on [X], which stirred up excitement, they shared this heartwarming story along with a snapshot of the pup caught in the midst of the performance.

The post read: “You might have heard we had a four-legged fan join us for #M72LA!

“Contrary to some reports, our buddy Storm managed to slip out of her home adjacent to @SoFiStadium and made her way to the concert all on her own.

“After a full night taking in the show with her #MetallicaFamily, Storm was safely reunited with her actual family the next day.

“She had a great time listening to her favorite songs, including ‘Barx Æterna’, ‘Master of Puppies’, and ‘The Mailman That Never Comes’.”

However, Metallica made it clear that their sell-out shows aren’t meant for four-legged friends. They added, “…And in case you were wondering, no. You definitely shouldn’t bring your furry friends to the #M72 World Tour. But this dog sure did have her day…”

It leaves us curious about Storm’s musical preferences for sure!
