We’ve all heard of and adore Bruce Springsteen. Over the years, the singer has produced major songs and has a permanent place in the hearts of thousands of people all over the world.
Now Bruce Springsteen has reached a personal milestone, and his followers are anxious to join him in celebrating!
The 72-year-old musician has became a grandfather to Lily Harper Springsteen, a beautiful young girl. Patti Scialfa Springsteen, Bruce Springsteen’s wife, broke the news with fans on her Instagram account.
Springsteen’s youngest kid, 28-year-old son Samuel Ryan Springsteen, gives birth to Lily. Sam had a child with his fiancee. The 28-year-old is a firefighter in Jersey City who keeps his personal life private.
But, of course, delighted grandmother Patti couldn’t wait to tell her followers about the arrival of her first grandchild.
Sam’s path to becoming a fireman was difficult. “It was a long road. He was very dedicated for quite a few years, and we are just excited for him today,” he said of his swearing-in event.
His other offspring have a long list of accomplishments to their names. Jessica, his 30-year-old daughter, is an Olympic horseback riding competitor and member of the American equestrian jumping team. She also earned a silver medal for her country in the event.
Evan Springsteen, the couple’s older son, has followed in his musician parents’ footsteps and is a vocalist as well, but he has yet to record any music of his own.
Springsteen, for his part, is now on a world tour. Even at his age, the rockstar shows no signs of slowing down! We’re sure Lily is overjoyed to have such a legend as a grandfather.
