Sarah and Andy Justice from Tulsa, Oklahoma, longed for a child of their own. Despite several unsuccessful attempts over three years, the couple refused to give up hope. Eventually, they decided to adopt, and they were promptly matched with a birth mother.
When Sarah and Andy accompanied the woman for her ultrasound, they received some surprising news – the birth mother was carrying triplets.

Recently, the triplets Joel, Hannah, and Elizabeth celebrated their sixth birthday, and the family continues to grow and thrive.
