Aaron Rodgers has bid farewell to Wisconsin and embraced life in New Jersey.
The NFL quarterback, who was traded from the Green Bay Packers to the New York Jets in April, is believed to have invested $9.5 million in a stunning eight-bedroom, ten-bathroom property in the Montclair region of New Jersey, as per The Post.
While sources have suggested Rodgers’ purchase for months, official records have not been finalized, keeping the buyer’s identity under wraps.
The Post has contacted Rodgers’ representatives for confirmation. The Daily Mail was the first to report on the speculated acquisition.

Joan Keller Barrett, the listing agent along with Richard Stanton of the Stanton Company, informed The Post that she was uncertain about the buyer’s identity but mentioned that the purchase was made through an LLC.

The property, a newly constructed build, is conveniently located just under an hour away from New York City and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the iconic skyline.
Aaron Rodgers, aged 39, made a highly awaited debut for the New York Jets last month when he arrived at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center for training camp. The center is merely a half-hour drive from his luxurious new residence.

Described as an “architectural masterpiece,” this home boasts a modern and elegant design, highlighted by walls of windows to maximize natural light.

Sitting on more than 2 acres of land, the floor plan includes a gourmet kitchen with a center island and bar seating. The kitchen seamlessly connects to a dining area and a spacious living room.
Each bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom, offering both comfort and convenience.

The property also offers a media room, a home office, and a three-car garage with a charging station, providing modern amenities for a luxurious lifestyle. Additionally, a wine cellar adds a touch of sophistication to the residence.
The listing was managed by Richard Stanton and Joan Keller Barrett from the Stanton Company.

Aaron Rodgers has spent his entire 18-year career in Green Bay, achieving remarkable stats with 475 touchdowns and just 105 interceptions, over 5,000 completions, and surpassing 59,000 career passing yards.

The four-time MVP player led the Packers to victory in the Super Bowl championship during the 2010 season. While he hasn’t returned to the big game since then, the team did make it to the NFC championship game four more times.

Although Aaron Rodgers is embracing his new New Jersey residence, his 3.5-acre Wisconsin abode in Oneida has not yet been listed for sale.

Indeed, Aaron Rodgers has built an impressive property portfolio. Apart from his newly acquired New Jersey estate, he also owns a lavish $28 million property in Malibu, which he purchased in 2019. Additionally, he has homes in Chico, California, as well as in Tennessee and Texas.
