Kayla Tracy shared the heartwarming story of her great-grandparents, a couple who have been married for 75 years and truly understand the value of family.

Despite the challenges they faced over the years, including heartbreaks and health issues, they remained a strong and Godly couple, attending church every Sunday.

Kayla’s great-grandfather, a WWII veteran, still works as a log slitter and feeds the fish on their 85-acre property, despite being blind and mostly deaf.

Recently, Kayla’s family received tragic news that her 92-year-old great-grandmother had only three weeks to live after showing signs of renal failure. Kayla’s pregnant sister opted to stop work and care for their great-grandmother, who was overjoyed to see the birth of her great-great-grandchild, Magnolia Jean, named after her.
Miraculously, after the birth, the great-grandmother began to recuperate and was preparing meals and doing housework, eager to hold the newest addition to the family.

Nine weeks after receiving the sad prognosis, the couple celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary on their 85-acre estate, and Kayla, a professional photographer, was there to capture the memories. She adores photographing her great-grandparents and believes that these photographs signify everything to her family and for them.

She wants everyone to witness the love between her great-grandparents and realize that true love exists. As she puts it, “these lovely photos show how much these two adore one other.”
